Gauze Swab Blister Packing Machine
We offer Automatic Blister Packing Machines designed and manufactured for use in Cleaning Rooms.
You can use rigid films, flexible films, multi-layer aluminum films, medical paper, and Tyvek to enter the following sterilization process.
You can choose the option to get only trays up to 1 mm. Thickness without top sealing.
We have advanced printers depending on the required application such as inkjet printers, flexographic printers, or heat transfer printers.
It is possible to install in-line labeling systems to apply labels on the top and bottom of packages.
If required, we can offer packaging machines under vacuum for modified environments and/or special applications.
The machine, the BPM101 model, packs Gauze Swab in PVC - Paper blister at a production speed of 100 gauze swabs per minute. The same model can be customized to increase the production capacity up to 200 gauze swabs per minute.
