Thermoform fill seal machine/blister packing machine
We offer Automatic Blister Packing Machines designed and manufactured for use in Cleaning Rooms.
You can use rigid films, flexible films, multi-layer aluminum films, medical paper, and Tyvek to enter the following sterilization process.
You can choose the option to get only trays up to 1 mm. Thickness without top sealing.
We have advanced printers depending on the required application such as inkjet printers, flexographic printers, or heat transfer printers.
It is possible to install in-line labeling systems to apply labels on the top and bottom of packages.
If required, we can offer packaging machines under vacuum for modified environments and/or special applications.
The machine, the BPM101 model, packs syringes in PVC - Paper blister at a production speed of 100 syringes per minute. The same model can be customized to increase the production capacity up to 200 syringes per minute.

There are two types of syringe blister packing machines.
- Syringe soft blister packing machine - Thin films are used in this type of packaging.
- Syringe hard blister packing machine - Hard and rigid films are used in this machine.

The machine packs the syringes in a PVC-paper blaster at a production speed of 200 syringes per minute. The syringes remain in a single path, transferring them to the blister packer using a robotized pick and spot, which ensures good transfer. Syringes and maximum freedom of product configuration. Machine functionality includes a blister lid foil printing unit and a cooling plate on the sealing unit to protect the product in the event of machine shutdown. The main application of this syringe blister packaging machine is used to pack disposable medical products such as disposable syringes, infusion tube sets, trash canula tubes and medical health consumables.
